Zach Albert is the last remaining Shape-shifter after Peter Bishop killed the rest. He tricks Peter by making a dummy to pose as him.
Peter falls for his trap and he sneaks up behind Peter and holds a gun to the back of his head. While he says he is not allowed to kill Peter but he can torture him. However Walter Bishop enters the room which gives Peter the chance to attack. Peter cuts off his fingers and kills him and takes the Memory Disk from him. ("Reciprocity")
