When Mitchell was infected and cured of the Heart parasite, she relayed the name of the location that Joseph Smith gave Fringe Division, Little Hill Field. ("In Which We Meet Mr. Jones")
After Olivia Dunham discovered Mitchell was a traitor, Samantha found Olivia trying to break into their house. After being convinced by Mitchell to kill her, she stalks Olivia with a gun. After a brief struggle, she is killed by Olivia with a shot to the head. ("Bound")
