Marshall Bowman is a NSA agent, who along with Daniel Hicks and John Scott tried to stop Conrad Moreau - chemical and biological weapons designer and seller. Conrad somehow infected him with a virus causing transformation and Marshall Bowman transformed aboard Flight 718. It subsequently caused a crash of Flight 718 killing all 147 passengers.
