Joseph Feller was a Shape-shifter who was tasked to upload an amnesiac pulse to radio broadcasts to get the attention of the science team. He is successful and responsible for 6 people's deaths by disrupting control of a plane resulting in it crashing. Fauxlivia becomes unhappy with his sloppy mission and does not want more people hurt.
He is killed when he fell out of the window so Fringe Division wouldn't get his information or capture him and disrupt the other Olivia's plan. ("6955 kHz")
