James Falcon is a Shape-shifter disguised as the lead scientist of a Massive Dynamic project tasked to identify the power for the wave sink device. After he discovered Peter Bishop was the power source, he ran tests on him and found nothing that could help. Olivia Dunham suspected him to be a mole and was right. However she found him dead in his apartment with two bullets in his head. Walter Bishop ran autopsy on his corpse and discovered he was a shape-shifter. It is later revealed that Peter killed him.
