Diane Broyles is the ex-wife of Phillip Broyles whom she shares two children with. Her marriage with Phillip suffers as a result of his fixation with a case which is later resolved within the Fringe Division. She has a boyfriend named Rob.
Her alternate universe counterpart remains married to Phillip, possibly as a result of him not having the same case. One of Diane's children, however, is blind in the alternate universe as a result of his abduction as a child. As there has been no mention of this in the prime universe, Diane's son likely does not have the same condition.
